Alleged Incendiarism.
(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. (>. Paul Anton Ortmann was urrested to-day on a charge of incendiarism. A lire broke out in his premises in Colombo-street at 3.20 this morning, and the upper portion was gutted. The building was insured in the Commercial Union for £l3O, and contents in the Liverpool and Ijondonand Globe for £IOO. Ortmann was brought before the court und remanded till the 13th.
