GREAT REVIVAL IN INTEREST AND MEMBERSHIP. (Received Dec. 4, 5.34 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 3. The Duke of Devonshire presided at a Devonshire House meeting ot 130 members of the Unionist Free 'ft'mde Club. Viscount Goscheu, Lord Balfour of Burleigh, a nd Lord George Hamilton were chosen vicepresidents, Lord James of Hereford, Lord Avebury, and Baron Blddulph honorary treasurers, and Sir William Gull hknioravy secretary. The speakera dncludod Lords Robert Cecil, Lichfield, and Lytton, Sir John Gorst, and-other Commoners. An executive committee ol 24 members and a genoiul committee of 154 were elected.
