(rer Press Association). WANGANUI, Dec. 2. At a meeting of the Harbour Board to-day J. McHang, of Westlund, was appointed engineer and dredge-mas-ter. I» view of his approaching visit to the Old Country Mr A. D. Willis, M.H.H., to-day resigned the chairmanship of the Harbour Board. Mr Willis has been a member for -5 years, a nd chairman eight times. A resolution expressing regret at his resignation and appreciation of Mr Wilbs" past services was carried
