Musurus Pasha, the Turkish Ambassador in London, has elicited from Lord Lunsdowne the information that India has sent a temporary agent to Koweyt to settle certain uftairs. Musurus has now de--1 clared that the presence of this agent was a violation of the law of nations, and demands his recall, adding that his presence will delay a conclusion of the Aden hinterland frontior question.

Lord Lansdownc replied (hat he was unable to deal with Kowuyt while the hinterland question remained unsettled.
