Nov. 9, the King's Birthday, being a post and telegraph holiday, the following hours will be Observed : , i A special delivery of corraspond-'-•ence will be made over the public Counter between the hours of 7 and 8 p.m. on thu Bth. All mails usually despatched on Wednesday will be closed an Tuesday evening, the Bth, at 8 p.m. The post office will be closed on Wednesday the 9tb.
