Fire In Dunedin.
(Per Press Association.) MJNKUIN, Nov. 6. A fire Lroko out lost night in a twelve-roomed dwelling house in Leith Street, owned by Mr S. S. Hamster and occupied <by Mr H. L. Tapley. The latter, being absent in the country, hud sub-let the house, lumishod, to Air Thomas, a bank muna&ur. The upper storey wm gutted, but the lower was saved. The building was 'insured for £BSO in the I'nitod olllce. Tapley's furniture was insured in the Queensland ollice, but the amount is not Known. Thomas' personal effects were insuitd in the Standard ofllce, but the amount is not ascertainable.
