TERRIBLE SCENES OF DISORDER, (Received Nov. 7, 0.34 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5, The mobilisation of rosorvistß in the western provinces of Ruipia is resulting tin alarming scenes of vioItnce. Many Jewish shops have been looted, and some priests and officers killed. The military were omployed to suppress the rising, and a thousand peasants who had crossed the frontier were driven back by- the Germans.
