Three additional points will be given if readings and recitations are of a distinct temperance character. Claimants for these points must supply title of piece to Secretary when entering, and no alteration in piece allowed afterwards. 5. Judges awards are final, and will be announced at close of competition. All entries, together with entrance fees, must reach the Secretary, J. Christopher, before 9 p.m., SATURDAY, November 12th.
