HOOLEY iN TROUBLE.
COMMITTED FOR TRIAL FOR CONSPIRACY.
LONDON, Sept. 30. In connection with the Hooley and Whitaker Wright cases, E. T. Hooley and H. J. Lawson have been committed f o r trial on a charge of conspiracy to defraud Alfred Paine, he inducing him to invest in a Siberian gold mine concession alleged to have been obtained fr 0 m the Czar.
