A. llowring'tt Maori picture, "Love at First Sight," the same artist's "Antics in the Antarctic" (which lia» caught the true ligiht-ihearteid Christmas; sp.'iit), and live happy, photograph, " Our Girl," while the two-page picture in colours, "Maoris of the with its beautiful rendering of New Zealand flowers as decoration#, and Uve elaborate "Washiftg l IVv at Wnaka," will please everybody. The illustrations seem to cover the whole colony, and reveal a wualth of beauty which must be seen to he npj»n>riatp(l. Especially must we commend Mr Chas. M.
