The House, soon after meeting, went into Committee of Supply for further consideration of tlio ' Estimates. Home adverse criticism was levelled against this Maori land „d----ministration of the Government, and against tlie work of Mid Maori Councils.
Mr Massey moved a reduction o £1 as an indication that the Government's land administration is not satisfactory, and after lengthy discussion this was lost bv DO" votes to 21.
