(Per Press Association}. CHRISTCHURCH, August 9. At tho Magistrate's Court to-day Lionel E. Eaton, a young m a n, was committed for trial on a charge of procuring Percy Seymour Eaton to uso an instrument for the purpose of obtaining a miscarriage. The charge arose out of a case heard Inst week a t thu Supreme Court, when Percy Seymour Eaton was sentenced to seven years' Imprisonment (or attempting to procure a miscarriage. Tho evidence against tho present accused was that ho was a gobotween for tho parties.
