(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, August 5. A poll of Caversham electors was token to-day on the question of amalgamation with the City of Dunedin. In view of the Interest taken the number of votes polled was surprisingly sanail. The proposal was I carried 1 , the voting being For amalI ganitttion, 428 ; against,. 226 ; majority for, 202.
