CONFERENCE IN WELLINGTON. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 3. The Harbour Boards' Conference resumed tonday. It was agreed that a Harbour boards' Association, on the lines? of the Municipal Association.be . formed, meetings to be hold annually. The chairman of the Wellington Harbour Board was, ex olhao, elected president, the chairman oi the Auckland, • Lyttclton and Otago Hariour Boards ex officio vice-presi-dents, and 1 the chairmen of the Nei- ». Sfjn.aind New Plymouth Harbour • Jtoandsv ex officio, and Messrs H fcf|taiuc4Hunp, W, Ferguson, and A. 'i E. Jull were elected as five other memibcw of the executive.
