CONTRABAND OF WAR.
BRITISH PROTEST TO RUSSIA. (Received August 2, 10.22 p m ) LONDON, August 2. In the House of Commons, Earl Percy, Parliamentary Under-Secre-tary to the Foreign Office, announced that Great Britain had protested to Russia against the inclusion of food stuffs in the list of articles declared contraband of war.
