RIOTOUS STRIKERS.
MEAT PACKING COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES BARKED. NEW YORK, -july 17. Serious rioting has occurred' at St. Paul, strikers refusing to allow the employees of the Swift Packing Company to enter the building. The price of beef in New York has increased fourpence per pound. NEGOTIATIONS INTERRUPTED, (Received July 18, 10.12 p m ) . NEW YORK, July 18. Negotiations in connection with the American meat packers' strike are broken off.
