BLOCKING YOUNGHUSBAND'S | WAY. BOMBAY, July 17. The Thibetans are fortifying positions near the Brahmaputra river, and- Nain and Nata, near Lhassa. RETIRING PEACE DELEGATES. THIBETANS RE-OCCUPY A POSITION. (Received July 18, 9.15 p.m.) BOMBAY, July 18. The Thibetan peace delegates are retiring before Colonel Younghusband's mission. A force of 200 Thibetans is preparing to defend a position at Karola which Colonel Blander captured in May.
