NEW PLYIIOIJTH-WAITARA ROAD RACE. The following handicaps have been declared tor this race, which takes place on Thursday next :—Twiss scratch, Moverley Imin, Kopead !>, A. George, Simonds (ii, Cattley, A. J. Klbby 7, Lee, Chong 8, Arnold, Skipper, Kendall 0, Cordes, .1. 11. Kibby, Sampson 10J, Julian, Young 114, Shipton, Ambury 12, WW taker, A. Ford 13J, Drake 15, Francis 20. Competitors should note that racing tyres and rims will not be allowed, and their machines must not be under 251b weight. The starting and finishing point will be the Red House Hotel, and the limit man must bo on his mark at 3 p.m. sharp.
