GENEROUS PRESS REFERENCES (Received July 16, 1 a.m.) LONDON, July 10. Mr lirugvr died of senile decay and the effects of pneumonia. Mr Kluxer had been* unconscious since Monday. German and Dutch papers published appreciative references, without any tinge of Anglo-plioib'ia. English newspapers were generous and forgiving in their notices. Louis Botha has ordered Doers to wear mourning until the funeral.
