An Interesting Case.

A case ol some interest was heard before Mr Tumbull, S.M., at Inglewood on Thursday last. Some littlu time before W. J, Kowe obtained a jiidgjmitnjl ijgninst Alexander Taylor for and when seven days liad expired alter judgment lie put in an application for distress upon the debtor's slock, consisting of a mate, tow, and live calves.
