Tills time It has reference to lines in front of tho General Post Office, where the track is somowhat complicated. It Is stated that there has been a deviation from tho original plans authorised by Or-dor-in-Council, and in consequence objection has been taken by tho Public Works Department, which lias now called upon tho City Council to adhere to tho authorised plans. Litigation is probable, and it Is likely thore will be delay in running tranw ovor tho track, which is now practically complete.
