RUSSIAN VOLUNTEER SHIPS. LONDON, July 6. , The Russian volunteer fleet steamers. St. Petersburg and Sevastopol traversed the Bosphorus from the Black Sea, the Sevastopol flying a Red Cross flag below her commercial flag. Tho hull is painted white, and Bhe is apparently destined for a hospital ship. She embarked stores at Constantinople. RETURN OF A HOSPITAL SHIP. (Received July 7, 10.32 p.m.) LONDON, .July 7. The Russian volunteer fleet steamer Smolensk has passed the Hosphorus. i(any of those on board are men Warred with frightful burns and terrible wounds from fragments of Shell. They proceed to the naval base, where they will join the torpedo flotilla. All are frantically anxious to return to battle.
MOBILISING RUSSIANS. LONDON, July 7. Under an Imperial ukase 447,302 Russians liable for service during the present year have been warned to gradually mobilise.
