BULGARIA'S WARLIKE ATTI- u '" TUDE. (Received July 5, 11.53 p.m.) SOFIA, July 5. Colonel Savoff, Minister for War, has countermanded the temporary dischargu of 15,000 recruits to gather the harvest. He delivered a speech urging the necessity for alt elllcient army, adding that ''Early and serious work would perhaps require tho army." TJie speech is interpreted at Viemia to mean that Bulgaria is watching developments in tho For Bast with a view of intervening in the Macedonian trouble. Meanwhile Turkey has summoned 25,000 Anatolian troops to repluce the discontented lledifs in Macedonia.
