THE NORGE WRECK.
RESCUING THE 31RV IVORS. COPENHAGEN', July 4. Sixty-four additional survivors of the Norge disaster have been rescued. PANIC-STRICKEN PASSENGERS (Received Julv 6, 1.8 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 5. The Norge's crew nunibered 68, and the passengers Gi)4. Captain (iundel sank with the ship, but was rescued after swimming for an hour and a half with the engineer. Tho saved include eight of the crew and 123 passengers. Captain Gundel and tho officers and crew acted splendidly ; but the vessel settled in ten minutes level with tho water's edge, foundering in another ten. The utmost discipline was therefore of little avail. The passengers were aroused from sleep at a quarter to eight in the morning, and desperate fights to reach the boats were then witnessed. Threa of the boats were dashed to pieces, adding to tho panic and frantic despair of those gathered on deck.
