Company in Liquidation.
(Per Press Association.) • / DUNEDIN, July 3. As a result of the .destruction by ■" fire of the premises and Stock ofT. and S. Morrin, Limited, Auckland, it ; has been resolved to liquidate the company. A meeting of shareholders was held in Dunedin on Saturday, at which a liquidation resolution was passed. This will be submitted for-confirmation at a further on the 2nd August. It may \ mentioned tijat the concern has .been a most prosperous one, practi- \ i cally the whole of the capftal having been returned in divi- - deads in the six years end a half the company has been in existence. A majority of the shareholders iieinjj satisfied with the probaibie satisfac- ' torj return from the realisation of asserts, they have consequently decided not to embark an building up 'cided not to embark on building up ■ the business again.
