(Per Press Association}. PALMERSTON N., July 1. In the S.M. Court W. 11. Baxter pleaded guilty to carrying loaded firearms with felonious intent, and was sentenced to three months. He reserved hie defence on a chaw °f breaJciftg and entering the Bank of of New South Wales, ana was com- ; mitted for trial to the Supreme Court. On a further charge of t-hefv from the Royal Hotel he pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence to the Supreme Court. Accused is a recent arrival from Queensland.
