Tire, work was estimated to cost £2r>ls. and of this: sum tin" Borough Council is to pay £.'10(1, the Kaukatca Tioad Board £2f>o, the Mangmwiiero Houd Board £2oo,,and the the iKilanee. Considohvble comment has been caused liy the (act that no intimation of the award had been made to the various local bodies.
