Tweiity-three bookmakers and their cMonts were prosecuted under the city by-laws in the Police Court today for loitering In Queen-street at a spot generally known as •'Bookies' Corner." The cases were adjourned for a week to hear tho detente, which will involve discussion as to the validity of the new by-laws framed to meet such cases. '. ->
