GEKMAN FINANCIERS OVBft. REACH THE MARK. , HERLIN, June 16, A scandal, has arisen in connective with tho Pomeranian Hank. Hchult* and Roineich, two of tlie directors, are accused of placing largo sums to tlie credit of Duron Mirbach (comptroller of the Empress' household) for charitable objects under.the Empress' patronage. It is alleged that payments wore made solely with a view to securing orders or a titleof notality. Huron Mirbach admitted receipt of a donation amounting to 200,000 marks.
