Illicit Still In a Church.
In consequence of the receipt of an unonymous letter, some revenue officers paid a visit to the belfry of a church at Quezac (Lozere), and after a prolonged search camu upon an illicit still, telegraphed the Daily Mail's correspondent on April 22nd. Although it dated from the seventh century, it was in a perfest state of preservation and icfuite capable of being used. The priest,who had recently taken up his charge, declared that he did not know of the still's existence.
