CANADIAN MILITIA COMMANDANTS INDISCRETION. (Received June 14, 10.G p.m.) OTTAWA, June 14. The Dominion Cabinet has resolved to cancel the Earl of Dundonald's appointment as commander of Militia, on the ground that he is guilty of a breach of military discipline and constitutional usage.
