RAISULI'S PURPOSE.
MOOR AGAINST MOOR. LONDON, June 13. It is reported that in a letter received from Mr Perdicaris, who has been in captivity at the hands of the Tangiers bandit leader Raisuli, the. writer states that the object of the capture was to punish the treachery of a Basha at Tangiers, who entrapped and imprisoned several of bis followers. lie admits the captives were kindly treated.
ANOTHER ATTEMPTED ABDUCTION. (Received June 14, 10.6 p.m.) TANGIERS, Juno 14. A btond of mounted Moors tried to capture the Italian Consul at Larachi, but he escaped into the town.
