DIVIDEND PAYING.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS. (Received June 14, 10.6 p.m.) LONDON, June 14. The shareholders of W. and A. McArthur have sanctioned the transfer of £SOOO from the reserve to pay interim preference dividends. The directors were also authorised to borrow up the whole amount of the company's capital.
