In future a special messenger service will be placed at the disposal of any telephone exchange subscriber on request being made, to the exchange. Sm-h messenger may be utilised for hMfng an errand, ordering a cab, a small parcel or letter, or Pv similar service, i He fee to be paid will be sixpence ii for the first mile and threepence each 'additional mile up to two miles or Three miles in all; but beyond three ' miles and up to five miles cab hire. ,or return train fare, must be paid in addition to the mileage fee.
