To Sawrsiillers and Capitalists. SPLENDID IIUSII FOR SALE. AX'PLICATIONS are invited for tho right to cut. timber on 11,000 acres of bush in the North Island, The timber, which can be immediately utilised, is puriri, within two miles of the sea coast, and the best that can be obtained in the colony. Many of the trees, which have been inspected by Mr Charles Clayton, Government Surveyor and exsawmill proprietor, are by girth from 9 to J 5 feet, and in length from 14 to iiO feet. The bush is easy of access and to work, and should prove a most remunerativeinvestment for any capitalist or company. Mr Charles Clayton says '" There are plenty of {daces throughout New Zealand whero mills are placed with nothing like the timber and prospects that the bush in question possesses, and the great facilities and advantages for working it." The object should be first to deal with the puriri, as the Government Railway Department) offer an it?,mediate markot for sleepers in any quantity. This bush has been sought after for the last 25 years, but the difficulty in dealing with tho natives haf hitherto been insuperable. The N.Z. Herald supplement recently contained a notice of the excellent quality of tho timber on this land. It is estimated that there is ample timber to furnish a supply for 20 or 30 years. A fair business arrangement can be entored into at once with anyone who has the knowledge and capital. Apply in first .instance to Timbor Rights, Box 119, Post Office, Mew Plymouth.
