Appeal Court.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 7. Tn the case Ulackhall Coal Compuny v. Shrive and others, in the Appeal Court, judgment was delivered to-day. It was that respondents are entitled to judgment for the aniount of damage assessed in the Warden s court (£644). Hespondent'n water race was destroyed Lho company's works, and the company pleaded absence of negligence mi their part, but the Court dismissed the appeal with costs on tho highest scale.
