SIXTEEN WORKMEN KILLED. [ NEW YORK, June <>. A dynamite explosion at Independence, on the Florence-Cripple Creek railway, killed sixteen and fatally injured nine non-unionist miners, who had just stopped work and were awaiting the train to proceed home.
