(Per Press Association.) IJAWERA, May 120. The JVoVimjia) Farmers' Pinion Conference to-day passed resolutions —that the Farmers' Union concentrate its whole strength to secure a return tv> the revenue tariff with a discrimination in favour of Great Britain and Canada ; that the union exert its fullest power to resist the single tax ; that an effort he made to reform the Education Department (1) by curtailing the influence of the Teachers' Institute ; and (2) by securing an equitable distribution of capitation ; that the Government establish an experimental dairy station in the North Island.
