DUNEDIN, May 19/ At the Police Court to-day Donald McLean pleaded guilty to making a false declaration under the Land Act in connection with a ballot for a small grazing run, and was committed to the Supremo Court for sentence. ' # The Land Hoard has already forfeited McLean's deposit. '
