AFRICAN PORTS INFECTED. LONDON, May 17. Alexandria, Port Said, and Aden two been declared plague infected ports. , THE TRANSVAAL OUTBREAK. (Received May 17, 10.53 p.m.) CAPETOWN, May 17.' The total number of suspected- and proved cases of plague in tho Transvaal is 28 whites and 113 coloured.
