THE BOXER RISINGS.
FOMENTED BY A SECRET SOCIETY. BRISBANE, May 16. According to news received from the Far East a secret organisation known as the Tsai-li Society is increasing in a threatening manner in the neighbourhood of Pekin and Tientsin. The society's influence Is also eukl to be extending rapidly outside the Great Wall, and native Christians are becoming seriously alarmed at the situation. This fsai-li Society is notorious for the infamous murders of Roman Catholics, and was busy in promoting the late Boxer rel>ellion.
