Dry, Hacking Coughs. For a dry, hacking cough take about one teaspoonful of Lane's Emulsion every hour, or so, until cough ceases. Coughing is caused by an irritation of the membrane lining the throat and lungs. Frequent doses of Lane's Emulsion oils, or soothes, the irr ritated membrane and quickly subdues the inflammation. Should Lane's Emulsion be a little too rich at first pour the dose into a little cold water. Cold water tones down the richness, but does not in any way alter the medicinal qualities. Persons who, at first, H object to the taste of Lane's Emulsion become quite fond of it in a few days, by first pouring the dose into a little cold water, and then drinking without stirring. Lane's Emulsion will certainly assist your health and give you strength if you will be persistent. You can obtain Lane's Emulsion at Chemists and Stores at 2/6 & 4/6 per bottle. The point to be careful about is to take none but Lane's. 110,
VITADATIO STILL TRIUMPHANT. ACUTE AGUE AND LUMBAGO COMPLETELY CURED. Sandhills, Bundaberg, 14th May, 1902. Dear Sir,—lt has been my intention for some time past to write to you respecting my cure. I suffered for a long time from an acute form of ague and lumbago, and was so bad that I would fall down in the paddock, in which position I would often remain until help would arrive. As I felt that my condition was getting worse. I decided to ask the doctor what ho thought about VITADATIO. He told me he did not know much about it, but I should try it. I did so. I took in all about five (5.) bottles, and now I cannot speak too highly of the effect it had on me. It completely cured me, and although nearly two years have since elapsed, I have had no return of rhy old complaint. You may therefore justly claim a permanent cure for VITADATIO in my case. You are at liberty to make any use of this you wish. Yours very truly, (Signed) GEORGE MOORE. Witnessed by WILLIAM DART. For further particulars. S. A. PALMER.
