DUNEDIN, May 13. 11l add ition to a bequest for the new Anglican Cathedral, the late Mr Wm« Har.rop by his will has provided lor the payment to the trustees of * the Otago District, M.U., 1.0.0. F., of an annuity of £25 in perpetuity L for the purpose of establishing a It scholarship tonable for two years, and open to iXins of Oddfellows in the Otago district.
