RESULTS OF YESTERDAY'S RUGBY GAMES.
INGLEWOOD I. v. STRATFORD I. This match played at Stratford, was won ufter a close game by Inglewood by 6 to 3—two tries to a penalty goal. The game was very loose and open from start to finish, though uninteresting from a spectator's point of view, Stratford, if anything, having the advantage, but just on the call of time the visitors managed to cross, their opponents' line a second time. Mr (irilliths had charge of the game. In the early part of the play an Inglowood mail, It. Harvey, was ordered oil the field for disputing the referee's decisions. STAR I. v. CLIFTON I. These teams met at Waitnra, and after a good game Star won by 9 to nil—two tries scored by Callander, and a penalty goal kicked by Stroud. STAR 11. v. STRATFORD 11. Stars won this match, played on the racecourse, by 3 to nil. CLIFTON 11. v. INGLEWOOD 11, Inglowood won by 5 to 4. STAR HI. B. v. STRATFORD 111. Stratford won easily by 9 to nil.
