(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 12. Mr Fulton, Government fibre expert, interviewed, admitted that the flaxmiilers have a grievance under the present system of grading. For instance, he says, a careful miller will turn out hemp that he could give 88 points to. This misses " lino " grade by two points. Another miller puts his stuff through anyhow and gets 75 points, itoth these hemps are graded "good fair" If a tag was placed on each man's hemp, showing the [joints gained, a careful man would secure preference- lie had always recommended the issue of certificates (showing the points) with each bale, but the system had not yet been adopted.
