"The liinlto" comprises a spacious vestibule and set of ollices on the ground floor, and severnl rooms suitable for ollices on the second storey. The groidul floor apartments are occupied by Messrs Callnghan and Co., land and estate agents. The vestibule is provided with sealing accommodation, a public desk supplied with telegraph forms and notepaper, and other writing material. On the walla are a business directory and tables of fares, distances and particulars of the running of 'buses, truins, and steamers, cab fares, etc. On one wall is painted a large locality plan of Veale's Estate, shortly to be put on the market. Mr Callaghan shows considerable enterprise and originality in designing "The Rialto," which he hopes will became a convenience to the public gunorally.
