The cruiser Kamimura reports that it iwice passed near the Russian cruisers between Vladivostok and Genesan without either being aware of each other's promixity owing to the fog. The Kamimura rescued three of the Kinsliimaru's boats. It has been impossible to renew the attack on Vladivostok since Thursday in consequence of the impenetrable fog. The Maniwa discovered and destroyed a number of Russian mines along the coast. Military ferities .refer to the ser-. iousness of Sunday's rapid defeat of thirty thousand men holding a position which had been strengthened for several months.

General Kuroki telegraphs that the Imperial Princes, officers, and men are In excellent spirits.
