A Concrete Patent.

SUCCESSFULLY OPPOSED BY AN ENGINEER.

(Per Press Association.) DUNKIIIN, May 3. Mr J. T. N. Anderson, engineer to the Drainage Hoard, reported that he had been successfully opposing the application for patent rights of the Farro Concrete Syndicate. The Hoard thanked the engineer. It was stated that this meant that the Hoard and local bodies using concrete would be saved the royalty that, would be charged in using concrete strengthened by iron or steel.
