Stabbing Affray at the Thames.

Frank Western, a seaman employed on a scow, had a quarrel with a man named Richard Mitchell. After an altercation Weston drew a knife, and stabbed Mitchell in the right side, inflicting » nasty though not dangerous wound. Western was lodged in gaol and Mitchell tajken to the hospital.
