(Petf Press Association.) DUNEDIN, April 28. Mr Justice Cooper held a sit ling to-day under the Divorce and Matri-. monial Causes Act in the case ot Maurico David Wilkie uml Annie Jane Wilkie, a husband's petition for restitution of conjugal rights. An order was made. It was stated that the case was a preliminary to divorce proceedings, it was admitted that the man's name was not Wilkie but Maurice Wallers, which lie had adopted on coming to the colony four sears- ago, and thai lie. was married in that name. Justice Cooper said it was a serious thing for a voung man to come out from England and marry a respectable girl under a wrong name and to make a false declaration, lie hud also untruthfully dindared the name of his father. He made the order more in the interests of the wife than tho husband. In the Case Lacey v. Lacey, a wife's petition on the grounds of desertion, a decree nisi was granted.
